Jason Kottke has noticed a change in the URLs at Amazon.com which make it all too easy to copy & paste a link to your blog and add your Associate ID, yet get no commission.

I noticed this a while ago (possibly as long ago as July 2002). My solution was to create a JavaScript bookmarklet
