Record shop chain Fopp closes | News | NME.COM
This makes me tremendously sad. A large proportion of my student income was spent at their shop on Cockburn St in Edinburgh.

I'm gutted - a large proportion of my working income has been spent in their Rose Street shop too - nowhere has such an amazing range of music for a fiver.
And to be honest, I'm not liking the look of Avalanche these days either - they seem to be going more mainstream, with less and less choice. They could well be next.
