DDR Hottest Party First Look - Wii News at GameSpot
Dance Dance Revolution is headed for Wii, and there’ll be arm movements with the Wiimote thrown in for good measure. Hopefully this’ll be easier to find than DDR Mario Mix was for the GameCube.

Studio 60 going off the air in a month, return date “to be announced”. The writer sums up my feelings towards the show pretty well: “I don’t hate it, but I find it incredibly frustrating. All that talent—Sorkin, the blue-chip cast (led by Matthew Perry)—and all those lofty aspirations, marred by weak execution, lazy writing, dramatic issues that are hard to care about, and a lack of verisimilitude”

Trailer for the new film by Judd Apatow (of Freaks & Geeks, Undeclared and 40-Year-Old Virgin), which has the excellent Seth Rogen in the leading man role. Made me laugh.

Bill Gates trolls the Apple fanboy. “Nowadays, security guys break the Mac every single day. Every single day, they come out with a total exploit, your machine can be taken over totally. I dare anybody to do that once a month on the Windows machine.” I had to double-check this wasn’t some “Fake Steve”-style spoof!

I was just catching up on the lastest mooninite bomb hoax nonsense from boston.com, and when I used BugMeNot's Firefox extension to login, the username it provided me with was "mooninite1312007@yahoo.com". Very appropriate.

Two plead not guilty to Boston hoax charges - CNN.com
In a news conference, Rich told reporters he had advised his clients not to discuss the incident. Stevens and Berdovsky took the podium and said they were taking questions only about haircuts in the 1970s.
When a reporter accused them of not taking the situation seriously, Stevens responded, “We’re taking it very seriously.” Asked another question about the case, Stevens reiterated they were answering questions only about hair and accused the reporter of not taking him and Berdovsky seriously.

Throwies shut down Boston — I-93 North and big chunks of the MBTA were shut down today due to “suspicious objects that looked like circuit boards, found attached to bridges”. Turns out they were promotional throwies for Adult Swim. Somebody at Time Warner’s about to get fired, I imagine.

TrustPlus Inc.
The most interesting startup I saw demoing at WebInno tonight. Reputation system (with Firefox & IE plugin) that is intended to span across all online interactions and transactions — From Craigslist to Match.com! I think it’s going to have a hard time getting traction, but the guys I spoke to had clearly thought through the problem well and taking steps to avoid the gaming and fraud inherent in something like eBay’s reputation system.
