God, I love it when the Red Sox are loosened up and enjoying themselves. Their bats are productive, and they’re a joy to watch.

CD Purchase: CSS - Cansei de Ser Sexy
I was vaguely aware of CSS's existence, but until seeing them live at the Treasure Island Music Festival, I hadn't listened to them much. They put on a great show, and have a cute female guitarist, so I downloaded their two albums and thoroughly enjoyed them. CDs subsequently purchased, and I now consider myself a fan.
My dream: When I turn on TBS for the Red Sox postseason game tonight, there will be no ads featuring Dane Cook or that fat guy off of Mad TV

The US political “system” in a nutshell: “According to an eye-opening report released Tuesday, 60 million people whom you would never talk to, would never be in a position to talk to, and wouldn’t even be able to talk to if you tried will be voting for the other candidate in this year’s presidential election, and there is nothing you can do about it.”
